These Terms govern your use of PlayVPN, operated by Waheed Studio, including the mobile app and website https://playvpn.org. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service
PlayVPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity for lawful personal use, including gaming and streaming. Server locations, protocols, and features may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all regions or networks.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PlayVPN to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Distribute malware, spam, or conduct fraud or abuse
- Attack networks, scan ports, or interfere with other users
- Infringe intellectual property or others’ privacy
- Circumvent lawful restrictions in a manner prohibited by local law
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
3. Accounts
The app may use anonymous or signed-in accounts via Firebase. You are responsible for activity on your device. Do not share credentials that could expose your VPN configuration.
4. Purchases & subscriptions
Premium features, when offered, are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the store’s terms. We do not process payment cards directly.
5. Advertising
The free tier may display ads (Google AdMob). Premium plans may remove ads when that option is active in the app.
6. Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAHEED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PLAYVPN.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in-app or on playvpn.org.
